Our fish here are nurtured in a fish cage using seawater, which is used in mariculture, especially in a place like Bolinao. This contributes to the high quality and freshness of the fish. The clean, nutrient-rich environment from the seawater likely helps with the fish's health and flavor. 

 The large size is 2 pieces of bangus per kilo.
